This is a 28 Day challenge.- After the school holidays, do you need to cut out the snacking, and get back into a routine?


Then you NEED this achievable 28 Day challenge! It is the complete package - food, exercise, education & support! 


Includes: Goal Setting, weigh in's & measurements, fitness testing, my STRIP meal plan to follow, home workout guide to follow plus daily motivation and support via a private facebook group. 

You will need scales & a tape measure. There is no need for exercise equipment or a gym membership to participate in this challenge. 


You will be expected to workout at least 3-4 times per week (you need to check in everytime you have trained! ) and be prepared to do your meal prep to follow the meal plan for the 28 Days (and beyond!). 

Other's who have followed this plan have lost on average; 5kg, 4% body fat & 16cm!!
