This program has a six week duration. It consists of goal setting, weigh in & measurements (done by you at home) and a food diary to see your food habits and provide recommendations according to your goals. I will then design you a personalised meal plan to suit your goals, likes and dislikes. I am available via email / messenger for daily support, guidance and accountability! You will learn the right foods to eat to suit your body and lifestyle, you will gain energy, confidence and lose the bloating, being tired and sluggish and excess fat!!
